We believe how you arrange your screen shapes how you think. RectangleMac helps individuals and teams work better on macOS through guides, consulting, and workshops.
RectangleMac started in 2021 when our founder, Daniel Reeves, realized that most Mac productivity advice focused on apps and task managers while ignoring the most fundamental layer: how windows are arranged on screen.
After years of consulting with remote teams on their macOS setups, we noticed the same patterns: developers with 20 overlapping windows, designers toggling between full-screen apps, and managers who had never heard of mac window snapping. The productivity cost was measurable.
Today, RectangleMac publishes practical guides, reviews mac window management tools, and provides hands-on consulting for teams that want to work more efficiently on macOS.

Good mac screen layout is simple. We favor fewer tools configured well over a cluttered setup.
We review tools on merit. Rectangle, Magnet, BetterSnapTool, and native macOS tiling all have strengths.
Individual productivity matters, but team-wide consistency multiplies the benefit.
Small, focused, and fully remote.
